I would never rent from these people again. I had nothing but problems from the time I moved in until now (almost a year later).

When I moved in, the apartment I had rented had not even been cleaned yet. There were areas in the apartment that were trashed by an animal before. This was documented on my move in sheet.

During my time there, I could hear the people up stairs like they lived with me. The Management was hard to deal with and made me feel bad anytime I needed something done.

Upon my move out, they attempted to charge me for the damage that was in the apartment when I moved in, and SUPRISE, they lost my move in report and sent me to collections anyway.

My copy of the move in report, thus far, has not been good enough for the collection agent, and we are still going to battle over this, effecting my credit and believe it or not, my ability to buy a house.

If you know what is good for you, stay away. Far far away. Unless you have money to giveaway.
