You know, I checked this site when I was looking for an apartment. I cringed at all the negative feedback, but I'm not one to base my decisions on someone else's gripes, so I checked out the apartments myself. The apartments are nice, clean, well laid out... the staff was incredibly nice and professional. This apartment complex is a busy place... lots of people out playing basketball, walking their pets, playing on the play ground... but I think that's great. I mean the facilities are nice... a pool, a very nice workout room, nice little playground, a basketball court... who wouldn't take advantage of getting out and using it' I decided to move in and everything has been great so far. My neighbors are nice, quiet, respectful, and friendly. My apt is clean, well insulated, and I can't even hear my neighbors. As far as any noise... hey, this is apartment living... hello, you've got neighbors, and they are all around you. Sometimes they'll have a little party or friends over or what not... no big deal if they are respectfull. I'd hope they return the favor if I had some friends over some night. Just don't be pukin' off the balcony and hollerin' in the breezeways please.

I've also read of complaints on the garages... do you know at other complexes it can be as much as $90 just to park in a structure... here you get a generous sized garage WITH a built in opener and remote. Yeah, you can get spoiled here... especially at the very affordable rent price.

The only point I can see as being valid is the parking. Yeah, it's tight around here, especially if you get in late. But it's not bad per say... I've only had to park a building over once since being here. Usually I can find a spot right in front.

Everyone has different experiences, and if your car got broken into, that sucks... but that happens anywhere, even in gated communities... you can't blame the complex, blame the dude who broke into your car. As one reviewer said, just be responsible and don't make yourself a target... don't have anything in there they can steal. As far as safety, there is one inlet/outlet to this complex, and the whole complex is bordered by nice housing areas and a steep hill, which makes it quiet and somewhat protected (as far as complexes go).

I get out and walk my dog through this complex a lot... so far everyone I have met has been pretty cool. There is whole mix of people here, from families to couples to retirees to single guys and gals. It's pretty poor to give this place a bad rating for a couple isolated incidents or 'bad-apple' tenants. If you've ever considered these apartments, just check them out for yourself... use your own judgement in regards to whether it is a place you'd like to live.
