Altamonnt Summit has been a wonderful place to live. But one has to remember, it is still an apartment. And with an apartment comes certain understandings.
I would and have recommended these apartemtns to several people and have gotten referal benefits deducted from my rent.
The apatments are clean, bright, spacious and well maintained. The views are spectacular. The grounds and amenities are top notch! There is a huge pool, year-round hot tub, free gym, etc. The staff is friendly, hard-working and organized.
The only ligitmit complaint I've had in my year and a half of living here is the parking. Considering the size of the complex, nit enough space was designated for parking. As a result, I don't always get a space that is conviently located by my apartment. But the walk has never hurt me!
If you are looking for an apartment that is of a higher quality and standard that the rest. than this is the palce for you.
