Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have lived at these apartments for nearly 3 years now and yes, I have seen the ups and downs.
The ups:
1) My apartment is very spacious with alot of light that comes in.
2) It has central air conditioning and gas heat.
3) The 9'ceilings really open the apartment up also!
4) All of my neighbors are very nice.
5) The maintenance staff are very prompt especially Xavier..such a nice guy...
6) The pool is wonderful in the summer(there is a BBQ for resident's use)
7) The gym is 24 hours (although it is under construction right now; Rumor has it, managment is getting new equipment)
I could go on and on.... but here are the downs..
1) Parking WAS and issue but everyone is now getting their own parking spot!
2) The hill up to these apartments isn't fun when it snows or is icy.
That's all folks! Please don't judge these apartments from all the negatives that you read. It is a wonderful place to live and these apartments are the best you can get on this side of town!
