Worst place to live in Oregon!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived there for 2yrs and i hated it.

1. They said water and sewer we covered with rent and they lied.

2. Ppls think it's ok to leave trash out side the doors.

3. NO parking

4. Teens having parties all the weekends and being loud.

5. Cars that park by the office get stolen, my car did twice.

6. Managment sucks and they keep change them.

7. Too many loud cars with muffles drive by and fast at all hours of the day.

It sucks .
