im sick of living here... if you have neighbors upstairs you get to here them piss, fart, have sex, fight,and argue. the walls are so thin..looks nice but built cheaply. the assigned parking sucks i have to hike a mile to get to my car. alot of reckless drivers,, alot of drunks...when renting why do you have to pay your own water and sewer'' by reading the reviews knowing what lies ahead moving out charges''' things depreciate over the years'' what do you expect..'so i hope i dont get no -------- excuse on my deposit

I am as impressed with your grammar as I am with your knowledge or renting. When renting why do you have to pay your own water and sewer?? Are you kidding? Very few places, (and they are usually ghetto), will pay for water and sewer. So it's like asking why do I have to pay my phone bill. Stop being a dumb ass and blaming the apartments for things beyond their control, like reckless drivers and drunks. I'm hoping you were drunk when you wrote that review because it's incoherent and inane.

How funny that every bad post comes with a response. It's so incredibly obvious that it's a member of the "staff" that is writing these responses. "Oh it's not the apartment complexes fault they have rude, wreckless drivers," Maybe management should be a little more proactive in taking care of the problem. I now live at Chesapeake Point and when there are problems like these the management sends out letters and isn't shy about evictions for "ghetto" people that Altamont moves in. By the way, check your own grammar and spelling - what the hell does "inane" mean?
