I was moving from the East Coast came across these apats on the internet and sent several emails to inquire about vacancies.After no replies I finally called and the staff was very rude,not helpful at all and instead of offering any advice or leasing options she said:PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS SEND US AN EMAIL!!Yeah right guess what I didn't move-in here and after reading some of these remarks i am really glad I didn;t.I love this website especially for out of towners that hve no idea what the apartments are about.

I just moved here a few weeks ago from the midwest. Like you, I had to apt. shop online. I couldn't get the "email this complex" option to work so I called them. We spoke with Christina (not the other lady, Christine) and couldn't believe how friendly she was. Not what we were accustomed to. After many conversations and questions on our part, we decided to move in here, sight unseen. We moved 2000 miles to get here. I bet we had over 25 calls put in to Christina and she had times that she needed to call us. I tell you, we couldn't have done it without her. There was a problem initially w/ our credit report (old, invalid info on it) and she helped us get through that. I have to say, I was really scared to lease a place without having toured it first and after seeing the reviews on here...dang. But, the parking is not an issue any more I guess because I see loads of parking available (and it looks like there's more guest parking than resident parking. Guest parking is used if you have more than one vehicle). I hear my upstairs neighbor (we're on the bottom level) running water and hear an occasional cough or verbal something or other but it's not bad or even legible. I don't know who you spoke to that was so rude, and if you told me, I still wouldn't know since I have only been here a short time but when we'd call here to talk to Christina, sometimes we'd have to speak to someone else to get to her and they weren't nearly as friendly as she was. I wonder if someone should contact the office and tell them that. It seems like they'd be wanting to know something of this nature...but I could be wrong.
