I've lived here for 4 months. The only complaint I have is parking. At least you are given 1 assigned spot, but don't ever plan on having many visitors because they won't have a place to park, no joke. I think they did a horrible job with the lack of parking availability. The area seems safe and the staff are polite. They are on top of maintenance and the grounds are well kept. I live near the office, a prime location. It's fairly quiet. Some tenants are snobbish, but that is to be expected no matter where you live. Unfortunately. I think it's absurd that you have to pay sewage, in addition to water and gas. Oh well, the complex is nice. Hope this helps.
