I moved here recently from over 2000 miles away and had the opportunity to tour many other apartment facilities in the area before I decided on this one. I will be honest...they were THE FRIENDLIEST, the most helpful, and one of the most beautiful communities east of the river. I am very pleased I chose to rent here, not to mention the landscaping is beautiful and going for vigorous walks in the evening is a plus! The rent may seem a little high compared to others but all rents in the area are going up due to the real estate market and you also have to consider that you usually get what you pay for. :)

have fun trying to park and listening to your neigbors using the bathroom, yes I am serious!Paper the walls and BIG parking issues!

Everytime my husband and I try to get intimate someone bangs on the wall. Even if we're laying in bed just talking someone bangs on the wall. Also, I hear the pillow talk of the couple upstairs too. All I can say is...the person they're plotting against (an ex girlfriend I think) should move to another state!
