This place is Paradise compared to my last place. There is alot to be said for assigned parking! The trick to the two car family is that the first one home take a guest spot so the latter one is guaranteed the assigned one. You'll both end up close to home. This place has a gas fireplace, I can keep the heat low and just turn on the fireplace to make it cozy when wanted. I'm looking forward to turning on the central A/C' I'm also going to check out the HEATED Pool! If you have company over often, they probably won't like having to park by the office and walking but look at the bright side, if you get tired of some people coming around, this may help deter them!!! I had a noisy fridge when I moved in, no problem, they ordered a new one and I had it in a couple days. No noisey neighbors or trash problems like my old place. And there are other reason's to check out that pool next year also! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Just wait til you've lived there a little longer. I'm sure you'll change your tune. That noisy fridge you had was probably heard by all your neighbors with the paper thin walls. Just wait until your quit neighbor's lease is up, and you get some noisy ones. Noisy meaning that they argue or turn on the microwave or flush the toilet. Lastly, if you have to take a guest spot so that both members of the family have a parking space, then where are the true guests supposed to park? My guests wasted so much time trying to find parking spaces, and no, the office spaces werent open. Oh yeah, good luck getting your deposit back. I'm sorry, but you sound like you work there, not rent there.
