Me and my fiance lived here for around 9 months. At first, it was good. But.... you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors are doing! These apartments are only a few years old, they should have better insulation than that. Secondly, the apartment staff will mess with you once you've been there for around 8 months. They will start messing with your deposit & rent. Then you'll get noise complaints that appear on your rental record that NEVER happened!!! We talked to our neighbors & the security, no one made the complaint! Sure, its beautiful, got the GREATEST view, nice pool & hot tub, nicely landscaped, nice apartments. But it is still horrible! STAY AWAY!! They are VERY safe, the security when I was there was the greatest! Especially the night guy.
