I absolutely hate the staff and neighboring people here. They are so unfair and try to scam the money out of you, whenevr possible. If there is a complaint they don't even investigate on it or anything. They just go on and blame the person. As well as if you call them to talk about an issue, they give a tone that makes you feel so disrepected. My mom and i moved in August of 2007 and we found that this place looked amazing and high class that summer! The view is pretty eye-catching but nothing else is! Altamont Summit Apartment's main focus would probably be the overall look of it; But after you moved in for a few monthes you do not want to live her again. The walls are thin and you can hear every single thing that the people above are doing. It is not quite like you thought it would be. The matenience people are horrible because they take forever and don't do much. There also has been many occurance where they use the leafblower to blow all the leaves into my patio and when i went out, no- one else's patio was dirty but ours. When we moved out of this apartment, we were hoping to recieve our $500 deposit money back after we spent a week fixing it up like new. It looked even better than when we moved in. We painted all the walls again, hired someone to clean the carpet, fill in all the holes and more. In the end,we got a letter saying that " After all the things we did to fix up the apartment, you own us a suprisingly low amount of $250 dollars" on top of not getting our $500 back. This place wil turn into your nightmare and i'm sure that i am not the only one. Do not fall for the pretty looking candy house!
It will be your all time dream at first but once you signed that lease then the wicked which appears to haunt you while you stay!!!!
