After moving out and being charged for something called rent GPR??? --Gross Potential rent? I don't know all I wanted was an explanation. And no one could seem to give me one. The manager was always out and never returned calls. Finally I resorted to writing a letter and I'm still waiting for a response its been about 9 months I'm sure they will get to it. I just gave up which is I'm sure what they wanted me to do. Management here is just horrible. Just hand them an amount of random money when you move out it will save them the trouble of making up charges.
