Mold, high management turnover, semi-annual rent increases

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
Mold inside and outside of walls, mice running around in overflowing garbage, high management turnover. Rent increased twice per year. Buildings are old and falling apart. Incompetent maintenance people. No place to park but on busy Division Street. Lots of noisy kids, traffic, and nearby shooting range. Managers receive commission for tenant turnover.
