The units are priced very well for the area, and the managment is famously wonderful. The building has a classic charm and is very well maintained. This place is perfect for the quintessential Portlander who may have a pet, commutes by bicycle, and lives by themselves but wants to be close to all the hip night spots. The only drawback to this charming place is the limited street parking.
