Belmont Dairy is the nicest apartment building I've lived in by far.
The staff was always friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. Lots of preventive maintenance was done to keep the place looking and feeling very nice and clean.
The apartments are very light, spacious, and quiet. Building security was good and the laundry room was way above average; new front-loading washers (and dryers) were installed to conserve energy and water!
And the Belmont area is wonderful! Zupan's on site, many great restaurants within walking distance, and a beautiful neighborhood setting made for relaxing walks on warm Summer nights.
All this with the Hawthorne District only 5 blocks away and easy public transportation access (around the block)!
Although I no longer live there, as we moved for my wife to go to school in Washington, DC (yuck), I would move back in a heartbeat! I wish we'd never left!
