Well, where to start. The Management is good, meaning they?re nice and say hi to you. Management makes you think that the place is great with all the amenities like A/C marble counter tops great heat etc However that is not the case, at least on the poor side i.e. the one bedroom and two bedroom areas. Also the maintenance is a bunch of hack high school burnouts that would rather fudge it then do it right the first time. You have to literally label and point out what you want fixed. Basically what it comes down to is poor construction, they cut lots of corners to save money like not putting cabinets on the bathroom and kitchen areas, cheap appliances and water saving toilets and showerheads, which suck. They skimped on padding for the carpets just went for the high traffic carpet laying on top of concrete so needless to say its noisy for neighbors whom like to stomp when they walk. The good well it?s centrally located to great areas and bars so that?s very good. Rent is a bit pricy for what you get, if you look around you can get a 2 bedroom for way less. The Belmont is much like a lame cafeteria or college dorm rooms and it has hints of a hotel atmosphere which I don?t like would I live here again well I'd have to say no. People don't seem to complain about noise so that very nice, there's loads of parking its pet friendly. It has many good things going for it just they layouts of the apartments are lame with cheap construction so if you?re into a bland dorm room experience again then I suggest you live here.

Not sure what apartment you lived in, I lived on both the studio/loft side and the "poor" income-restricted side. But I had plenty of cabinets and drawers in both the bathroom and kitchens... Actually more bathroom storage on the "poor" side than the fancy side.
