I have just moved out of the Belmont Dairy after purchasing a condo in the Pearl. I must say that I really miss it there. Lived there for 2 1/2 years and little to no complaints. The office staff is good. The assistant interrogates your guests from time to time, but they try to keep the building secure. Pretty safe area also.
The lofts are awesome, they have 25 foot ceilings or something ridiculous like that' The building is always super clean and very well kept. Maintenance is usually same day. I bid a fond farewell as I embark on the Pearl, parking you have to pay for, bums outside of million dollar condos and the excessive noise of downtown. My new place is awesome, but it will be culture shock!
