Nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   It's restricted income, which could be a drawback. Here, it isn't. Very nice staff. The place is always very clean. One parking spot in the garage and usually plenty of street parking. Solid windows. Can't even hear street noise usually. Nice outdoor area for barbecues or whatever. Great neighborhood. Drawbacks inclide being right above to Zupans. (Too expensive) It can get REALLY hot in the summer, but even without AC we survived.
