Slum lord, lived in townhouse it was very badly laid out. Floor is done right over dirt floor and concert. Ants climb the walls in the summer and end up comming through cracks in shower upstairs. Frig went out had to wait of the weekend all my food spoiled would now replace. Heat didn't work they had to fix. Between carpet and floor nail ocmming up from metal stripping. Charge first and last. I spent Ten hours cleaning wall, cabinet, shampooing carpet, cleaned back yard better than when I moved in; Washed tub, window, Stove. They only give me back $200. They said the repainted which the use gloss paint so you know they didn't, and charge me for everything I already cleaned. Reason moved raised rent. Was way to more for this apartment. Washer and dryer hook-up don't work well and around floor in wash room dirt is comming through crack. They say bad credit ok so they can hook you for first and last or fist time renter. Be wise. They will tow. Kid are mean throw rock a bad mouths
