As a current resident, i can agree with these reviews. The landlords treat it as a prison for kindergarders, constantly patronizing and incredibly restrictive. My rent recently went up to pay for new security, yet there are no cameras on my end of the complex. Children are restricted to playing on one tiny grassless patch of ground, complete with a broken tether-ball, and no where else. Bikes must not be ridden anywhere on the premises, and forget about visitors. The apts. are shoddy at best. AVOID!
