If you have another option, take it. The management, while polite during the application process, is abrupt, rude, and condescending. They are also, at best, unconcerned with the goings on in their units: for the last 6 months, slugs have been coming into my bedroom through a crack in the wall, which has been a known issue. There are frequent visits from the Washington Co Sheriff's department, and loud disruptive interactions between tenants, but loud isn't necessary since you can hear everything that happens in the other units since the walls and floors are paper thin.
