After reading the posted reviews, I feel somewhat obligated to post a retort. Folks, these are not luxury apartment homes, nor are they represented as such. These are income restricted apartments, which means you must meet certain income guidelines to reside here & the cost of your housing is subsidized by the federal government in the form of tax credits. I have lived here for two years now, and though not perfect, it's been good for me. These apartments are less than ten years old, have a washer/dryer in every unit and the staff is very good. Quite frankly, I think they do a fabulous job, considering some of the tenants they are forced to deal with. I especially like the maintenance crew. Those guys are great! Sure, there are always annoyances when one has so many neighbors so close by, but that's apartment living for you. Where else can you find a clean, well equipped apartment in a nice area for under $500' One day I'll own my own house and will no longer have to deal with apartment living, but until that day arrives, I'm happy to call Bethany Meadows my home.

Again, I have to question the credibility of previous reviewers. If it's a luxury apartment you're after, go spend the $1,100 or so a month it'll cost you to rent one. Better yet, buy a house. My guess is that you could not afford either, yet feel obligated to complain about Bethany Meadows out of some unrealistic sense of entitlement you have developed. Get a life, pal!

I can go up the street and get federal help with housing, pay around the same and live in a gated community that runs credit checks and background checks. I am moving there next month and will pay around the same for rent, but have better management and decent neighbors, not the crackhead psycho Jim Hewlett that lives upstairs. A person can do better, you just gotta look...
