Wow, I guess I have been lucky. I lived here for almost 3 years and it hasnt been too bad. You cant pick your neighbors anyplace and the rent is cheap enough. The staff usually fixes me up when I need something and the neighborhood is nice. It could be better but its way better than the place I used to rent in southeast. Talk about scary!

Southeast is bad. West side is good. We live among half milliion dollar homes. This place should be the best, just like the other apartments in this area. You obviously have never lived on the west side before and have no idea what kind of quality is out there. Try living ANY other place around here, your tune will change.
