Warning for you own good do not rent here. They have a major mold problem, which I've been told by the office that they are short handed and cannot afford anymore help right now. There is also a drug problem here. Police are out on the property all the time. They are working this poor old sweet man to death in the office on Sundays. He is too busy by himself on that day but told me and my neighbor that they don't have any money to hire more people and they have been short handed for quite sometime. Where does all of the money go that we pay rent too' There is always garbage all over the grounds. Again, was told they only have 2 maintence and a maintence manager who is new that does not have any experiece. Do we feel safe living here' No! There are so many lights out on the garages and buildings but again they don't have the man power or the time. So when you see the stupid balloons on the sign - keep driving don't stop. If you do bring a book. The office is too busy to help anyone. I'm moving out at the end of my lease. And juding by all of the vacant apartments my neighbor and myself are not the only ones.
