My wife and I will not be renewing our lease once it's over with. We came into the office a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday to do this yearly paperwork and asked to talk to the now former manager. The guy said she was no longer with the company. I was surprised about that since we only liked talking to Jill. He told us that it was a surprise for the office and Jill. Then we get a stupid letter from the office saying how sad they were that she left. One thing we don't like is being lied to. More office changes and God know whatelse. The old man said he cannot do the paperwork. I asked why since Sundays are the best day for us. He said he does not know how to do the paperwork. My point - they have people in the office who don't have a clue - they got rid of the person who did know what was going on in there. The property it self is run down and not kept up. They have a high turn over rate in the office. Seems like there is always someone new or there understaffed and too busy to talk to you. Yes, we are residents but people like to be treated as human beings. We are sorry that we signed a lease - but being a LOW INCOME PROPERTY you have to. Advise: Shop around and you'll find something better and affordable were the office staff will treat you with respect. Also mold is a major problem!
