The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

The leasing agents were sometimes very rude. We had an incredible mold problem, which was blamed on us by the leasing agents and the apartment manager. The mold problem made my wife very ill aswell as being disgusting. It seemed because we were young, that our opinion did not matter to them. Every time that we needed something to be done, we would have to threaten to get a laweyer, or we would have to bring in our parents. They tried to take advatage of us at every turn! This was the worst living and customer service experience I have ever heard of!! Absoultely not worth the money saved!

I had friends that lived there and said they had a mold problem too, always on the windows or something.
