The office staff wrote both of the reviews on 3/7/07. This apartment complex is the worst place I've EVER lived in, in my entire life. Cars are constantly being broken into. The parking spots are so compact that our doors are constantly being bumped by other car doors, or turning our side mirrors inward. I swear our upstairs neighbors deal drugs- people are going up and down the stairs all hours of the night, and when reported, management doesn't care. Our downstairs neighbors were highly disruptive, playing music ridiculously loud until 3am, and when we complained, they said to file a police report because they weren't going to do anything about it. People are always taking our parking spot, and the management won't do anything about it. The office staff are a bunch of crotchety b itches, who act like they have better things to do than THEIR JOB, and give you a huge attitude if you need anything. Management does NOT enforce apartment guidelines and rules. People are partying until wee hours of the morning, it can also be a hangout for young people on Friday and Saturday nights out in the parking lot-with kids showing off their loud mufflers (there is zero security patrol). Neighbors are doing laundry at 2am, waking everyone up, people park in spots that aren't theirs. Out in the dumpster area, there are always a bunch of old dirty couches and other furniture and garbage that they don't take care of, that just sits there for weeks on end. There is a HUGE mold problem, and some friends of ours that used to live here actually ended up suing this complex because it was such a problem. When you move in the make you sign a MOLD WAIVER. During the summer months with no air conditioning provided my apartment had temperatures exceeding 90 degrees inside, I and others had a mild case of heat exhaustion. The only time you will ever see the apartment staff is when they are on their fancy go-cart showing units to new potential residents, otherwise they won't come out of their comfy air conditioned office. If you plan on moving here, good luck, and plan on having to jump through a ton of hoops for these unhelpful, ridiculous people!! After living here for going on one year, we have come to realize that we had it MADE at our old place, and are counting the days until we can finally move. Any place would be living in luxury compaired to this dump. My advice: look somewhere else!
