THIS APT SUCKS!!!!!!

Lived here for almost a year, Neihbors are really loud from the sides, down and up above us. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APT. unless you will get a apt above all others. NOISE IS TERRIBLE, you can hear people walking, stomping, having SEX 24/7. Have to use ear plugs to go to sleep. Terrible place to live unless you live upstairs, no insulation, very hot and cold during winter and summer months. The noise will bug you the most unless youre deaf. People always park in my parking spot.
