The office staff wrote both reviews on 3/07/07. This place is a dump. All what you have to do is drive through the place with your doors locked to know what type of people live here. Scary Meadows is more like it.

Just for the record, I am the office staff and I know for a fact that no one in this office wrote either of these reviews. We do have residents here that are very happy to live here. There is no reason that anyone should not feel safe and comfortable here unless you're just afraid of people in general.

I lived in Bethany meadows when it first opened and again a few years later, and I can say 100% that the office staff steals, lie and cheat, I was told because my rent was 4 days late (oops I deliberatly got into that accident and was in the hospital for 3 weeks so I forgot to pay... silly me) that I had to pay cash, so I get my mom to drive me to the bank get out my rent plus late fee and give them cash, I ask for a reciept, and get a hand written reciept... guess what happened next... I was given an eviction notice... girl quit the next day took my money and since it was not on an "approved" reciept... they said I still owed... guess who still is fighting with the company about the 900.00 they got, stole and wanted again... DONT EVER COME HERE YOU CAN DO BETTER!
