Bethany Meadows use to be a semi-decent place to live. The rent was cheap & the place wasn't too bad. The new management there totally sucks now & it is chasing away long standing residences quicker than anything. They do not do anything accomodating for their residences, they seem to be bothered if you come in asking for anything or make any sort of request. They now have a tow company that will come tow your car out of your own spot if you forget to put in your parking pass. Their pool is ice cold always and the kids come out beat red from it being so cold. You have to ask multiple times for maintenance requests and it's overal a dumpy place. I have known 5 people who have left due to management & I am now another!!!
