The staff there seem nice but in reality they lie throught there teeth. We went in to rent an apartment and filled out all the paper work and was approved then they said that they need a holding fee of $200 that is refundable if we decide not to get the apartment. They showed us the model apartment they had and it looked great. So a couple of days later we brought in the $200 and then we asked to see the apartment they were going to give us and it had mold in the bath tub. So me and my girl went home and thought about it and decided not to get the apartment. We went in to get the $200 back that they said was refundable and told us they can't do that cause that's the fee to take that apartment off the market. We are now talking to my mother who is a lawyer and she says to call the housing authorities.

Just went and had the same thing happen to me,and I to will get a hold of our Lawyer,they waited 3 wks!! They don't keep good records of what they have!!! Lindsey WAS the Best, I will miss her!!
