The staff are horrible! It used to be a good place to rent. Now it is HELL!!! You are not a person here - you are a number. That is all.
I paid my deposit - it was to be transfered within my moving from one unit to another. The next thing I know (MONTHS later), I am given a 72 hour warning of eviction because "I had not paid my deposit". I gave them bank statements and check information showing that I had paid my deposit. After going around and around with them, receiving 4-5 eviction notices, arguing with corporate over this, they finally admitted that I had paid my deposit and they just hadn't updated my paperwork. :|
After all of that harrassment/stress - I was told that if I want to leave - I would still have to buy my way out of my lease!!!! They are HORRIBLE here!!!!!! Their CORPORATE Staff will YELL at you, when you are calm and not yelling at all!!!!
Horrible place to rent!!!!!!!!!!
