My boyfriend and I have lived in the Binford Apartments for about a year and a half, and we are only leaving because he accepted a job in another part of town.
The owners of the Binford are friendly and responsive to all reasonable requests.
Any time something was off in the apartment (i.e.
dripping faucet) they had one of their maintenance team come check on it that day.
The maintenance staff are also incredibly sweet.
The pool is fun in the summer.
The golf course across the street has an awesome running/walking path.
The apartment was well-heated in the winter and the windows are well insulated.
Never had a problem with mold or condensation.
One of the greatest things about the Binford is that even though there are a lot of people living in these apartments, I've never once been woken up by a neighbor.
Everyone does a pretty good job about being respectful of each other.
We didn't have a washer/dryer in our apartment, but each little complex has a place to do laundry.
