GREAT PLACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I regret to move from this beautiful apartment. The office staff is top notch. Hardwood floors, great location, wonderfull neighboors. If I ever come back to Portland, I hope to live here again.
