Nice but COLD! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   The neighborhood is quiet as I am on the side away from the freeway. But I can hear my neighbors through the thin wall all the time, especially in the bathroom. Heat is supposed to be included, but it is often insufficient. The windows and doors leak air. When the wind blows, it blows the heat right out. This weekend it is around 65 in my apartment during the day and in the low 60s at night. Although the landscape maintenance is the best I have ever seen for a rental place, I cannot recommend the Binford because of the winter discomfort. It is also a long way from grocery stores.
