Would definitely go back From: btsylynn76 Date posted: 9/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I just loved living at the Binford. Very homey. There were a few issues that are common with old buildings - yes, there are silverfish. I had them pretty bad when we first moved in, but after awhile they went away. Sometimes there wasn't hot water or heat due to a boiler malfunction. They were always good about getting things fixed up quickly. The pool was great, and they keep rowdy kids out so it's pleasant for everyone.
