This place has apartments that are nice and big. However, rent has skyrocketed, and the apartments are so old that a lot of the appliances, water & heaters don't work. You can get a 2 bedroom in Lake Oswego for a 1 bedroom here! There is a different person in the office every time you go, so they never remember anything you tell them, which can result in 3 different calls from them about the same thing. Pet rent is $20, water/sewer is $45, and rent will only keep going up. You can get more for your money elsewhere!
