If you want to get a good nights rest, don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The building is beautiful and has a great location, however, the noise after dark is UNREAL! There are garbage/recycling trucks that come by a couple of times a week between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., and let's not forget about the trash shoots within the building itself. Many residence don't realize that when they put their trash down the shutes, those tenants live alongside the shute hear everything (at all hours, no less). The management is sub-par. For the money you are paying here, you should have management that is available to you 24 hours a day (not semi-parttime). If you can handle the noise and don't care if management is there for you or not, Bookmark is a great place.
