The more things change... (plus fake ratings) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've been living here for over a year, and to be honest, I haven't seen any differences between the old management and the new one. This is what makes me suspicious of the two reviews below, which are overly positive and go on and on about the new management. There are things (such as the age of the buildings and insect and mold problems) that aren't to going to change any time soon, unless there's a major (and I mean MAJOR) concerted effort by the management. So far, I haven't seen any such effort yet. Proceed with caution, and watch out for fake comments. One thing that has improved is the amount of available parking, but that's just because so many people have left. If we go by the laws of supply and demand, I don't see how management can justify price increases, considering there are quite a few empty apartments here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
