3 year Tenant - don't recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived in this community for over 3 years. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live. The prices are reasonable but the buildings are very old and need to be completely renovated. The new management is also an issue as was the old management. I pay for and have as part of my lease a parking space. The new management decided to rent my parking space to another tenant and their reason is because the files are disorganized. That was my first clue to move. You don't rent out a space I signed on a lease for and pay for on a monthly basis to another tenant and tell me you can because your files are disoraganized. Don't move here. Look for something elsewhere.
