Do yourself a favor and go to Holland Residential's website and avoid all their properties. Breckenridge management will not repair anything, and they are so lazy they have you come up to the office about 5 times for 1 procedure like signing roommate papers, leases, etc, why not just handle it in 1 sitting like normal people' They can't be bothered to do anything! And in the leasing sales pitch they lie to you just to get u to sign, like i was told water was included but a month later i get a bill (my lease even says water included but they ignore it), so now i'm dealing with the Holland head office and they're even less concerned about helping.
Read the lease carefully because they have written a clause that says they can change ANYTHING in the lease with 30 days notice, which is illegal but no one has time to sue them. If you protest about new changes like rent increases they will promptly give you a 72 hour eviction notice. One tenant was even charged for a previous tenant's unpaid rent!
This place may work for someone who takes things lying down and doesn't care about being nickle & dimed.
