The building is super quiet--we didn't even know anyone else lived here for several months!
South side windows can whistle in the wind and be difficult to shut correctly. No A/C and south side apartments are VERY hot in the summertime. Also, garbage trucks come at 5:30 a.m. to south side of building.
Management is nice and respectful. A few fire drills (at 2 am) due to people letting smoke from cooking into hallways and a LOT of smoke detector checks...
Very affordable, though, and nice office staff. Some strange residents. Very pet friendly and most residents are responsible about their pets.
