If you want a place you where can lock your dog inside, without aany consequnces, for 8-12-16-18 hours (or overnight even, if you get a hook up) then B(f)uckman is for you. Plus, extra bonus: a sex-addicted, bipolar manager whose so delusional that she thinks and acts like she's managing a Pearl District yuppie loft instead of the Wal mart of cheap housing.
More Seriously - the entrances & back doors to the building are a public health hazard. For example, on a warm day, the smell of dogf urine & amonia is so prevlant that it makes you gag.
Demand to ACTUALLY SEE & INSPECT THE UNIT THEY'LL TRY TO RENT YOU. BEWARE Their favorite unscruplous margeting trick is to rent apts SIGNT UNSEEN & STILL OCCUPIED. Then they call you about 2 weeks before you're move-in date and say it wont';t be ready when they told you. DO NOT PAY A HOLDING OR RSVP FEEL UNLESS YOU ACTUALL SEE THE APT AND ITS THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANT IS COMPLETLEY MOVED OUT.
The neighborhoods has NO amenities; just car lots, empty commerical buildings, sex shops. Not a pleaseant place to walk around. Plys, Across the street is Benson High School. On a weekly basis, cars parked on the street and in the buildings' unsecured carport are broken into - even when nothing is stolen.Even the mail carrier's truck was broken into when he was inside delivering mail! Their so-called "security" carmeras are bogus. The walls are motel thin. The trash room stinks.

All Sad ... but true. And the second-hand smoke will killya. But the lower level people try hard to do their jobs and are mostly competent. The assistant manager, nice guy, but the company & head manager gal are all so toxic & dysfunctional that to get along he's been co -opted into acting like a idiotic, spineless wuss.
