Before you get your sights set on Buckman Heights..look around you can do way better. We have lived here for 1 1/2 years, mainly because we have a dog. But for what we pay (725.00) for a one bedroom, there are plenty other places to live. For what the rent is there you'd expect to have at least a wahser and dryer in your apartment, instead of having to use the crappy laundry room where the change machine is constantly out of quaters! I used to think of my apartment complex as "cute" now it's just a dump! Look elswhere friends! oh one last thing, we pay 25.00 a month for covered yet unsecure parking.
