A very nice, comfortable place. Extremely welcoming to dogs, esp. big ones--which usually makes its hard to find a place to live. I liked the 4th floor terraces; it made it easier to meet people and find out who the neighbors are. In a lot of apartment buildings, you usually don't know who you live near, even if you're only separated by a wall a couple of inches thick. The places were well insulated, but this made it pretty uncomfortable in the summer months. Good parking. My only wish is that there was a store that sold beer closer than the Plaid Pantry on Burnside...
