Our experience living here was unpleasant. Animals running loose everywhere jumping up on you in your nice clothes, and urinating in the plants and on the floors. The upstairs apartments are brutally hot in the summer, while staff advises you to not open doors into hallway where there is AC. Apartment handy man timely and thourough but the front desk staff is ill equipped to handle any situation. You are always given the same pat answers. While traveling, rent had been submitted and the check was lost by staff. Instead of calling either my wife or myself a notice of eviction was left under the door to be dealt with when the first one of us returned home some days later. For two people who had never missed a payment in 10 months it seems the course of action was not only poorly thought out but quite unintelligent and rude; especially when they had already cashed the check. For the money, this place leaves a lot to be desired.

I agree with your comments about the staff- they are ill equipped to handle any situation and always give the same half assed, scripted answer. Whats with the sixteen year old girl that's always working down there? She REALLY has NO idea how to do her job.
