change of management and a change of heart

Clean building and ample free parking. Walls are very thin and I am able to hear the neighbors upstairs, on my left, and on my right although that may be because my neighbors are inconsiderate pricks and not because of the building. The "workout" room is off limits after 9 or 10 p.m. which is silly and the 3 pieces of equipment in the room donýt give much of a workout...No weights, just basic cardio (yawns). The west-facing deck on the top floor provides an awesome view of the skyline but once again is off limits after 9 or 10 p.m which again is silly. The new office staff and management company have a pretty laissez faire attitude when it comes to the general welfare of the tenants, at least in my case. Granted Portlanders are generally laid back but the office staff is plain LAZY! I love it when they go to lunch and they put up a sign that says "be back at 12:30." I've had to wait until 2:30 many times for the office staff to decide to come back to "work". The inside is consistently dirtier and smellier than it used to be. Yeah I think it's time to leave. Too bad, too because this used to be a decent place pre Summit.
