Great if you can afford

I agree this apartment is spendy, plus if you want to park in the garage it's an extra $50, but you are paying for the convenient location and quality of the apartment! You're right by I-84 and Lloyd Center, very close to all the bridges (so you're less than 10 minutes from downtown), and the apartment complex is only 6 years old (it's very well kept and still like brand new!) It was very safe and secure because you have to have an ID to even enter the building which is a very wonderful feature. And if you don't like the smell of dogs, why would you want to move in to an apartment complex that allows big dogs''' I never smelled anything but the air fresheners. Oh wait, one time it ran out and I told management but they replaced it the very next day! If you want a good workout then join a gym! And the management is very accomodating, I didn't realize I had to give my 30 day notice in writing but they over looked that and let me move when I had to. Never had any maintenance issues or noise complaints. The only reasons I moved was: to be closer to work, pay cheaper rent, have a full size washer dryer in my home, and enjoy a balcony, pool, and hot tub. I do miss the convenient location, wonderful view of the city from my living room window, and quality of a clean, new apartment.
