Several things to be aware of before renting here. There is no deposit, so they can and will assess exorbitant "cleaning fees" at move-out. Hallways, elevators, common areas constantly dirty. Very noisy if you live on the west side -- drunk/loud people (tenants') on the field into early the morning hours. Wet-dog smell permiating carpets & entryway. I moved in thinking this was a building for professional people, but was sorely mistaken.
